Worked in a fast paced environment fixing or replacing around 12-15 roofs per month with a small crew
Performed on site jobs largely unsupervised for long hours
Used problem solving skills to deal with difficult and complicated job assignments

Fall 2019 - Winter 2020 New Student Mentor for Incoming Freshman, which entailed

Bonding with and getting to know up to as many as 60 new students
Reaching out to any struggling students throughout the semester and seeking out ways to help them achieve their goals in college
Assuring all needs were met by all new students and reporting potential needs or concerns of students to overseers

October 2016 - October 2018 Served as a Full time church service representative, wherin I

Developed strong interpersonal skills while working with people from varied cultural and economic backgrounds
Was tasked with leading other young adults to reach their optimum efficiency
Dealt with a heavy workload, involving 13 hours of active service 6 days a week
Used Spanish speaking skills often for regular work, including translating
